I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were kept pretty clean and had lovely Shiseido amenities, but the air-con was not adjustable. The service was exceptional, offering dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services. The location was fantastic, very close to the station with a short 5-minute walk on flat ground, nestled by charming little gardens and the restaurant where breakfast is served. The dining experience was delightful, with included Belgian waffles. Overall, a great value for money stay with top-notch facilities.
